We are a London-based social enterprise helping people access meaningful careers in construction through workshops, skill bootcamps, work placements, and foundation apprenticeships.

Construction is about people, community, and opportunity. We break barriers for  NEETs, women, ex-offenders, care leavers, neurodivergent individuals, and local residents who are often excluded from traditional routes. Providing training, improving equity and drawing on lived experience and community leadership.

Altar Create CIC pathway program for new entrants covering training, employment and self employment for roles such as site operative, multi trade, flooring, gateperson/ traffic marshall, yard operative, electrical, drylining,  plant & hoist operative, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, construction operations and logistics entry level pathways (up to 3 months support)
